Simon W. Musaeus is a retired army officer, international business leader, academic instructor, and leadership coach.

After ten years commanding military units, he changed his uniform to a business suit and led multi-disciplinary teams and companies across four continents for thirty years. During that time, he taught and applied the tools and processes creating the foundations for It Is Your Game.

In 2019, he co-founded the European Association of Aerial Surveying Industries, the first pan-European association of SMEs dedicated to airborne surveying and served as its first president.

Simon is passionate about helping small and medium businesses and their founders leverage leadership practices to facilitate business growth in a global context.

He holds an MSc (ESG) from the University of the Armed Forces Munich, Germany, a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University, USA, and numerous business certificates from Stanford Executive Education, Harvard Business School, and MIT.

In addition, Simon is a certified NLP Coach and teaches Advanced Project management at the Hafencity University in Hamburg.
